Returns & Refund Policy

At Chedders TCG, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. However, due to the nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) market and the volatility of card prices, we have strict guidelines regarding returns to ensure fairness and product integrity.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our stock and protect our customers from "searched" or tampered product, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Sealed Product: Any Booster Boxes, Starter Decks, or Double Packs where the factory seal or shrink wrap has been broken or tampered with.

  • Individual Booster Packs: All loose booster packs are final sale.

  • Single Cards: All singles are non-returnable to prevent card swapping and to account for market price fluctuations.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please reach out via our [Contact Us] page within 48 hours of delivery. Once you have submitted the form, we will reply to your provided email address, at which point you can attach the required photos for the Royal Mail claim.

Required Evidence for Royal Mail Claims: To successfully raise a claim for items damaged in transit, Royal Mail requires specific evidence. If your parcel arrives damaged, we require the following to process your request:

  • External Photos: Clear photos of the external packaging before you open it.

  • The Royal Mail Bag: If a parcel is damaged in their network, Royal Mail typically delivers it inside a clear plastic bag with a formal damage note. A photo of this bag and note is mandatory for a claim.

  • Product Photos: Clear photos of the damaged product itself.

  • Retention: Please keep all original packaging and the damaged item until the claim is resolved.

Please Note: Without photos of the external packaging and the Royal Mail damage bag/note, claims will be rejected by the carrier, and we will be unable to process a replacement or refund.

Booster Box Condition Note: Please be aware that the outer cardboard of a Booster Box is designed to protect the internal contents. Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as small corner dings or light creases to the outer box that do not affect the internal packs or cards, are not considered "damage" for the purposes of a return or refund.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return for an unopened item, please submit a request through our [Contact Us] page.

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions via email on how and where to send your package.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Service: We strongly recommend using a tracked service (e.g., T48), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
