Shipping Policy

At Chedders TCG, we treat every order like it’s part of our own collection. Whether you are buying a single Common or a high-end Booster Box, our goal is to get your cards to you safely, securely, and fast.

Dispatch Times

• Processing Time: All orders for "In-Stock" items are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

• Business Days: Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Pre-Order Policy

We know you're excited for the latest sets! Please note the following for all pre-orders:

• Release Dates: Pre-order items will be dispatched to arrive on or shortly after the manufacturer’s official release date.

• No Early Dispatch: Under no circumstances will pre-order items be shipped before the official release date.

• Combined Shipping: If your order contains a mix of In-Stock items (e.g., Singles) and Pre-Order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

• Pro Tip: If you would like to receive your In-Stock singles or products immediately, please place a separate order for those items.

UK Shipping Rates

We use Royal Mail T48 and T24 services to ensure every package is tracked from our door to yours.

Note: If your order contains a mix of Singles and Sealed Product, the Sealed Product rates will apply at checkout to cover the required protective packaging.

Collector-Grade Packaging

We understand the importance of card condition. We don't just ship cards; we protect them.

• Singles: Every card is placed in a penny sleeve and a rigid toploader, then secured in a team bag to prevent movement. Shipped in reinforced hardback envelopes or bubble mailers.

• Sealed Product: Booster boxes and Double Packs are bubble-wrapped and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard boxes to prevent corner dings or transit damage.

Tracking Your Treasure

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
